These SMS Terms describe the CheckRx text messaging program, how you consent to receive messages, and how you can get help or stop messages at any time. By opting in, you agree to these terms and to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
CheckRx LLC ("CheckRx," "we," "us") operates an SMS program that helps individuals explore their Medicare options. When you text our keyword to our number, you begin an automated, two-way text conversation that asks a few questions to understand your needs and, where appropriate, connects you with a licensed Medicare specialist for personalized help. The program includes recurring automated and conversational marketing and informational messages.
To join, text the keyword LEARN to (858) 221-2772.
After you send the keyword, you will receive a one-time message confirming your subscription. By texting the keyword, you provide your prior express written consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from CheckRx at the mobile number you texted from. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
After you opt in, you will receive a welcome message similar to the following:
Welcome to our Medicare information assistant. We are here to help you explore your options and answer your questions. Message frequency varies. Standard msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel. What specific Medicare questions can our AI help you answer today?
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the program. You may receive recurring messages as part of your two-way conversation and follow-up about your Medicare options.
Message and data rates may apply. CheckRx does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates may apply depending on your plan.
At any time, reply HELP to receive assistance. You will receive a message similar to:

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation similar to:
You're unsubscribed from CheckRx. No more messages will be sent. Reply START to resubscribe.
After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.
The program is available on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We respect your privacy. We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in information or phone number with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Information you provide through the SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
