CheckRx LLC (hereinafter referred to as "CheckRx," "us," "we," "our," or "Company") has created this Privacy Policy to apply to all users of CheckRx's website (seniors.checkrx.com) including our mobile site, and downloadable application, together with and all digital assets contained, or offered therein (collectively, our "Services"). If you choose to integrate any third-party platform (e.g., CRM tool) with the Services (where such integration is made available by us), the policies of that third-party platform as well as our underlying agreement with the agency will apply to all information therein.
We may collect information from licensed insurance agents (Agent(s)) that is considered Protected Health Information (PHI) under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, as amended (HIPAA). If you are an Agent and choose to provide PHI to us, the terms of the Business Associate Agreement between you and us, and not this Privacy Policy, applies to our treatment to that information.

By using our Services, signing up for text messaging services or otherwise opting in to receive text messages (opting in via short code or entering your phone number into an on-site collection widget), you agree that you have provided CheckRx or its third-party service providers with prior express written consent to be contacted by text message, including recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages.
